Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead or support the delivery of contact centre technology projects from planning through implementation
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to implement systems such as telephony, IVR, and CRM integrations
• You’ll track project progress and manage tasks using tools like Azure DevOps
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system performance
• You’ll ensure solutions align with broader cloud and SaaS strategies
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects, ideally within contact centre environments
• Experience with contact centre systems such as telephony, IVR, workforce management, or CRM integrations
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration
• Familiarity with cloud-based and SaaS solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
