About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive coordinator to play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience. Supporting a busy People & Culture team within a fast-paced, project-driven environment, you will help ensure new hires feel set up for success from day one through structured, well-executed processes.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments, acting as a central point of coordination for onboarding logistics, communication, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, thrives on process, and takes pride in creating a positive and organized employee experience within a dynamic organization.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling orientations, meetings, and training sessions across multiple locations
• You’ll process new hire requests, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately within the HRIS system
• You’ll facilitate and support new hire orientation sessions, delivering key information and ensuring a consistent experience
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, IT, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness
• You’ll manage multiple onboarding cycles simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and meeting tight timelines
• You’ll act as a point of contact for new hires, responding to inquiries and guiding them through onboarding steps
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or HR support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools is an asset
