About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful Business Analyst role supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a structured, public sector environment. You will play a key role in helping business teams better understand their processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive meaningful change.
Working alongside project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor and connector. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements will directly influence decision-making, system implementation, and long-term organizational success.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead requirements gathering efforts, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• In this role, you’ll document current and future state processes, workflows, and use cases to support solution design
• You’ll act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• You’ll guide stakeholders through testing phases, including leading User Acceptance Testing activities
• You’ll identify risks, issues, and assumptions, contributing to strong governance and control processes
• You’ll facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to support change readiness and adoption
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience, ideally within public sector or regulated environments
• Certified Business Analysis Professional, CBAP designation required
• Proven experience supporting business transformation initiatives, including digital modernization or process improvement
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, requirements management, and process modeling
• Experience working within formal governance structures, including steering committees and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
