About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role within a complex, multi-channel business operating in the healthcare. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will act as a strategic partner across business and consumer markets, helping to shape pricing, growth strategies, and long-term financial performance across diverse revenue streams.

You will work closely with senior leadership across commercial, operations, and procurement teams, providing insight that goes beyond traditional FP&A. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in ambiguity, influences at the executive level, and brings a broad perspective across pricing, costing, supply chain, and market expansion initiatives.

What’s In It for You
You’ll join a purpose-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-level decisions, mentor a high-performing team, and gain exposure across multiple business lines.

The organization fosters a flexible and inclusive environment where your ideas are heard and your growth is supported. You’ll be empowered to lead change, enhance processes, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes both performance and people.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead and develop a team, fostering strong performance and a culture of accountability and growth
• You’ll oversee monthly business unit performance reviews, delivering insights through variance analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting
• You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• You’ll provide strategic financial guidance on pricing, RFPs, costing, and new business opportunities
• You’ll partner cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, and operations teams to influence decision-making
• You’ll support new business initiatives, including financial modelling, business cases, and process design
• You’ll identify and implement process improvements, including automation and reporting enhancements

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience operating at an executive level, influencing strategy beyond core FP&A
• Strong background in financial modelling, pricing, costing, and business case development
• Experience working across functions such as commercial, procurement, and supply chain
• Proven track record within retail, CPG, healthcare, or similar industries, ideally within a public company environment
• CPA or MBA preferred, with a degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
