Location: Vaughan ON OR Ottawa, ON (hybrid) with occasional domestic travel

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and retention across both field and office teams
• You’ll analyze employee feedback and data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
• You’ll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to deliver inclusive programs that meet diverse workforce needs
• You’ll support and advance DEI initiatives, embedding inclusion into programs and practices
• You’ll lead employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce organizational values
• You’ll establish metrics and dashboards to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or program management
• Demonstrated experience supporting engagement, culture, or DEI initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is considered an asset
