About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Account Specialist to support a leading organization within the automotive financial services industry. In this role, you will work directly with customers to support early-stage accounts, helping them stay on track with their payments while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
- You will contact customers with accounts less than 30 days past due to discuss payment status and provide support.
- You will work with customers to establish payment arrangements and resolve account concerns.
- You will communicate professionally in both French and English via phone and email.
- You will apply negotiation and problem-solving skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
- You will follow established procedures and compliance standards when managing accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
- You will have a College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent education.
- You will have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- You will have 2–3 years of experience in roles involving customer interaction or negotiation over the phone.
- You will have strong bilingual communication skills in both French and English.
- You will have the ability to negotiate and manage customer conversations effectively.
- You will have knowledge or interest in the automotive industry (an asset).
Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with at least one shift per week from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Environment: Fully remote
- Role Focus: Early-stage collections (accounts under 30 days past due)
