Location: Concord, ON (On-site, 5 days per week, Free Parking available)
Compensation: $55,000 – $58,000 annually +Benefits

About the Opportunity
We are currently supporting a well-established organization within the property management space in their search for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and wants to build their expertise in a high-volume AP environment.

You’ll be joining a collaborative finance team and working closely with leadership, including the Accounts Payable Manager and Finance leadership, to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting vendor relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding within the system
  • You’ll support cheque runs and electronic payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
  • You’ll match purchase orders to invoices and follow up on discrepancies as needed
  • You’ll assist with vendor communication, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues
  • You’ll maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and tracked

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working with accounting systems, Yardi experience is a strong asset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
