Location: Remote.
Schedule: 5 days rotation across the week (including weekends). Required availability between 9 am and 9 pm EST (8 hours/shift).
Language: Strong written and spoken English required - Bilingualism is an asset
Duration: 11 weeks to start with a high chance of extention

Our client in the non-profit sector is seeking multiple Mobilization Coordinators to support critical workforce deployment initiatives. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll act as the first point of contact for internal inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of requests
- You’ll coordinate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and deployment of personnel to meet operational needs
- You’ll maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy and organizational standards
- You’ll prepare reports, forms, and data to support decision-making and operational analysis
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- You’ll identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing enhancements across systems and workflows
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, call center or a related field, with post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HR practices, volunteer coordination, or employment legislation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Own equipment: 2 monitors, web camera, headset, keyboard, strong internet, Windows based PC/Laptop (Windows 7 and newer) or Mac 2025 versions and newer, ethernet cord.
