As a Parking Call Centre Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring patients, visitors, and staff have a smooth and supportive experience navigating parking services during critical moments.

Working closely with a collaborative operations team, you will be the first point of contact for parking-related inquiries and support. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide live support to users of parking facilities via intercom and telephone
• You’ll respond to inquiries and resolve parking-related issues using established procedures
• You’ll assist patients and visitors with purchasing and understanding parking pass options
• You’ll diagnose and escalate complex inquiries following standard protocols
• You’ll monitor and manage parking privileges in real time in alignment with policy
• You’ll prepare reports and share relevant updates with supervisors and managers

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 months of experience in a computerized contact centre environment
• Strong data entry skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Advanced bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Demonstrated customer service, listening, and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail with sound judgment and initiative
• Strong time management and organizational skills
