Location: Vancouver, BC (Travelling daily within downtown and surrounding areas)

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage and support a portfolio of retail and hospitality accounts, focusing on relationship building and service excellence
• In this role, you’ll plan and execute regular territory visits, ensuring consistent coverage and engagement across your network
• You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conducting site reviews and supporting partners in meeting operational requirements
• You’ll oversee in-store execution, including merchandising, product placement, and maintaining brand standards
• You’ll use CRM tools to document activity, complete reporting, and support data-driven territory planning
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support initiatives, and enhance overall partner experience

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, territory management, or sales within retail or hospitality environments
• Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Experience using CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred
• High attention to detail, particularly in compliance and execution standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory
