• Enjoy the autonomy to manage your own territory while receiving support from an experienced and collaborative team.
• Strengthen your expertise in territory management, account management, compliance, and retail operations within a large, well-established organization.
• Build meaningful relationships with retail and hospitality partners while making a visible impact across your assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage a portfolio of retail and hospitality partners, building trusted relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
• You'll plan and execute daily retailer visits throughout Downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas, ensuring efficient route planning and consistent territory coverage.
• You'll travel throughout your assigned territory five days per week using your personal vehicle to support partner locations.
• You'll conduct site reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing guidance on operational standards and best practices.
• You'll execute merchandising initiatives, promotional displays, product placement, and brand standards across retail locations.
• You'll maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and territory plans using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance the overall partner experience.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in territory management, account management, or field sales within retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning sales routes and managing a field-based territory.
• Proficiency using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills with a consultative approach.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
