About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end real estate organization known for delivering premium residential communities and elevated living experiences. As Manager, Marketing and Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support leasing performance across a growing portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will act as the connector between marketing vision and on-the-ground results. You will collaborate with leasing teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive traffic, improve conversion, and elevate brand positioning, all while contributing to the success of both established assets and upcoming developments.

What’s In It for You
You will join a collaborative and evolving team where your ideas and insights will directly influence performance and growth. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with exposure to both marketing strategy and operational execution.

The organization offers a dynamic environment that values initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the portfolio expands, there is strong potential for career progression and the opportunity to shape how marketing and leasing functions evolve together.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with leasing goals and portfolio performance
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign delivery
• You’ll analyze performance metrics such as traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement
• You’ll support leasing teams by aligning marketing efforts with on-site needs, troubleshooting challenges, and enhancing workflows
• You’ll contribute to pricing and incentive strategies by interpreting market data and leasing trends
• You’ll mentor and guide a Marketing Coordinator, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across initiatives
• You’ll support lease-up activities for new developments, helping drive timely stabilization and strong market entry

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally within real estate or a related industry
• Strong understanding of leasing fundamentals and how marketing impacts occupancy and conversion
• Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems, along with intermediate Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a hands-on and collaborative approach

Note from the Hiring Manager
We’re looking for someone who can take strategic direction and truly run with it, someone who understands both the data behind marketing and how it translates into real leasing results on the ground.
