Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid, 3 days a week on site)
Language: Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Duration: Contract from May 11th, 2026 to August 15th, 2026.

About the Opportunity
Our client in the professional services sector is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Bilingual Claims Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting a high-impact claims initiative, ensuring individuals receive timely, accurate, and respectful service throughout the claims process.

Working within a structured, fast-paced environment, you will engage directly with claimants, many of whom may be navigating sensitive or complex circumstances. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • You’ll process, review, and verify claims data, maintaining strict attention to detail and confidentiality
  • You’ll support claimants by providing clear, empathetic guidance on the claims process and next steps
  • You’ll coordinate document collection, follow-ups, and status updates to ensure efficient claim resolution
  • You’ll maintain accurate records, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
  • You’ll escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed while maintaining professionalism and discretion

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing, customer service, call centre, or administrative support roles
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations
