About the Opportunity

Our client, a purpose-driven organization within the regulatory sector, is seeking a Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build a project management function from the ground up, shaping frameworks, tools, and processes that will support long-term organizational success.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving change, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with a broader five-year strategic roadmap. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment and enjoys turning ambiguity into actionable plans.

Join a close-knit, mission-driven team where your voice and expertise will have a direct impact. You will gain exposure to diverse, high-visibility projects while working in a culture that values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. This is a workplace that encourages curiosity, supports professional growth, and recognizes the importance of balance and well-being.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the development and implementation of a right-sized project management framework tailored to organizational needs
  • In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from short-term initiatives to longer-term strategic programs
  • You’ll collaborate with internal project leads to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple functions
  • You’ll drive change management efforts by influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through new processes and tools
  • You’ll establish and maintain project tracking, reporting, and governance practices to ensure transparency and accountability

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally building frameworks from the ground up
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives in evolving or growing organizations
  • Confident communicator who can challenge ideas constructively and foster open dialogue
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a standalone role
  • PMP certification is mandatory
