Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage the Accounts Payable subledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• You’ll oversee vendor setup, maintenance, and respond to inquiries through the AP inbox
• You’ll reconcile vendor statements and review invoice coding and allocations
• You’ll perform 2-way matching of purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• You’ll process vendor payments, employee expenses, and credit card reconciliations
• You’ll identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation
• You’ll contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and team initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
