Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support a high-performing operational finance team. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing aligned with accounting standards
• You’ll collaborate with project managers to track project progress, prepare forecasts, and support monthly WIP reviews
• In this role, you’ll analyze margins, document variances, and contribute to revenue and cost forecasting accuracy
• You’ll act as a key point of contact for internal teams and vendors, resolving discrepancies and supporting collections
• You’ll contribute to month-end close activities, including balance sheet and P&L support
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-4 years of accounting or billing experience, ideally in a project-based environment
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
• Strong communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders regularly
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage fluctuating workloads
