Your Responsibilities
You will respond to high-volume inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries from clients, lenders, and legal partners.
You will provide accurate and timely information to support transactions and ensure a seamless client experience.
You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
You will collaborate with internal teams and support colleagues during peak periods, including month-end activities.
You will assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required to support team objectives.
You will deliver excellent customer service while meeting established KPIs and performance expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
You will have 1+ year of experience in customer service, office support, or financial services, or a recently completed Law Clerk Diploma.
You will have full fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
You will have strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
You will have the ability to stay organized and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
You will have strong attention to detail and adaptability to support a variety of tasks.
