Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the day-to-day skip tracing function, ensuring consistent execution and strong recovery outcomes
• You’ll analyze account information and use various tools and databases to locate individuals and assets
• You’ll monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving recovery targets
• You’ll identify trends and recommend improvements to increase contact success and recovery rates
• You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support effective recovery strategies
• You’ll ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards, supporting audits and reporting as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in skip tracing, collections, or asset recovery
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with performance metrics and contribute to achieving operational targets
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative techniques is an asset
• Working knowledge of consumer protection, privacy, and collections regulations
