Job Description

Licensed Sales Representative

Location: North York, ON, Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week
Language: English, fluent in written and spoken communication
Background Check Requirement: Required, successful completion prior to start
Start Date: June 15th, 2026
Pay Rate: $60,000/annually.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions about their policies. Your Responsibilities

  • You will handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies in a professional and timely manner.

  • You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and coverage-related questions.

  • You will assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures.

  • You will recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs.

  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships to support loyalty and retention.

  • You will keep accurate records of client interactions and update systems as needed.


Skills and Qualifications

  • LLQP license in good standing.

  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
