This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organization in the industrial and electrical distribution space, supporting contractors and customers with critical equipment needs. You will be the first point of contact at the counter and over email, helping clients troubleshoot, source, and replace electric motors, pumps, and related components.
In this hands-on, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with a collaborative team and a supportive branch leader. Your ability to build relationships, provide technical guidance, and keep operations moving efficiently will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

You’ll support customers at the counter and via email, answering product and technical inquiries
You’ll analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate motors, pumps, or replacement parts
You’ll process orders, manage order entry, and track requests through an ERP system
You’ll coordinate with suppliers to source and order inventory when required
You’ll build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers through ongoing communication
In time, you’ll contribute to outbound outreach and help grow existing customer accounts
3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service within a technical or industrial environment
Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical products, or experience in a similar distribution setting
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills, with a personable and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working within ERP systems
Bilingual French language skills are a strong asset
