About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected organization within the public and education assessment sector, is seeking a Bilingual Data Officer to support large-scale, high-impact learning assessment programs across Canada and internationally. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, security, and accuracy of data used to evaluate student outcomes and inform education systems.

Working closely with a collaborative data management team, you will contribute to projects that shape how student success is measured and understood. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support sampling processes and assist in the design, collection, and validation of data from educational institutions across Canada
• You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of secure databases for large-scale assessment programs
• In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with data privacy standards and implement secure data handling practices
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to manage data inquiries, verification processes, and reporting requirements
• You’ll assist in item banking, assessment delivery support, and standard setting data activities
• You’ll organize and validate administration and coding session data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• You’ll liaise with external partners and support the coordination of test administrators and related data processes

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or database administration
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and governance practices
• Experience working with databases, data validation, and reporting tools
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
