Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 on-site)

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits & Vacation
Duration: Contract, until March 31, 2028 (1+ year contract)

Our client, a respected organization within the Non-profit sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support key program areas through insightful financial analysis and advisory. Working closely with senior Finance Business Partners and program stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating financial data into meaningful insights. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple program areas
• In this role, you’ll deliver variance analysis and prepare regular financial reports
• You’ll partner with stakeholders to explain financial results and provide actionable insights
• You’ll manage a steady volume of requests, balancing competing priorities effectively
• You’ll collaborate with senior Finance Business Partners to support ongoing financial planning activities
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally at the Senior Financial Analyst level
• CPA designation completed or in progress
• Strong Excel skills and a solid analytical foundation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Exposure to public sector, healthcare, or non-profit environments is considered an asset
