About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established professional services organization, is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join their local office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for technology support.
Working closely with partners and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring employees have a seamless technology experience. From onboarding new hires to resolving technical issues, your work will directly support productivity, collaboration, and day-to-day operations within the office.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide day-to-day technical support to partners and staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently
• In this role, you’ll configure and deploy new hire PCs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• You’ll troubleshoot Windows 10, Office 365, email, and network connectivity issues
• You’ll support mobile devices including Android and iOS, as well as remote and wireless access
• You’ll manage IT assets and inventory, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on application usage and process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in end-user IT support or desktop support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and asset management
• Familiarity with mobile device support, including Android and iOS
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
