About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected healthcare foundation within the broader public sector, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President and CEO during a critical governance period. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and manage priorities will directly contribute to the success of senior leadership and board operations.
You’ll step into a collaborative and welcoming environment, working closely with the CEO and internal stakeholders as the organization prepares for an upcoming board cycle, including key governance and finance meetings and the Annual General Meeting. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments and can quickly build trust at the executive level.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings and prioritizing shifting demands
- You’ll support board and committee meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and recording accurate minutes
- You’ll assist with governance processes, ensuring proper documentation of motions, decisions, and meeting outcomes
- You’ll coordinate meeting schedules and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll process expenses and maintain organized documentation for executive activities
- You’ll leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot and templates to support efficient meeting documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- 5–6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level
- Demonstrated experience supporting boards and committees, including minute-taking and governance processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, polished communication style with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and hit the ground running
