About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in the food distribution and FMCG space as they expand their sales team. You will play a key role in driving business growth across the GTA, working directly with independent grocers, restaurants, and food service operators.
In this highly autonomous, field-based role, you will build meaningful relationships with clients while bringing quality dairy products to market. You will collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented sales group where success is shared, and performance is measured by results, not micromanagement.

Your Responsibilities
- You will drive new business development by prospecting and closing opportunities across food service and retail channels
- You will manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring consistent volume and customer satisfaction
- You will conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and sampling to showcase offerings
- You will actively participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry outreach
- You will analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share within your territory
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of progressive field sales experience, ideally within FMCG or dairy
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Established network within restaurants, food service, or wholesale distribution channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ontario
- Experience working with diverse client groups, including multicultural markets, is an asset
