Job Description

Job Title: IT Operations / Support/ Systems Analysis
Location: Toronto, Ontario (On-site)
Job Type: Contract (full-time hours), 4 month contract with possible extension
Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


About the Opportunity

Our public sector client in the nuclear energy space is seeking an IT Analyst to support critical infrastructure, systems, and application environments. This role plays a key part in maintaining secure, reliable technology operations that directly impact organizational performance and safety.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal users, technical teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and enhance system functionality. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll monitor and support IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues while implementing enhancements
  • You’ll assist in system design, development, and deployment activities across applications and databases
  • You’ll collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • You’ll contribute to documentation, reporting, and training for systems and applications

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive level 1, 2 support with Sharepoint, Intune, OneDrive, knowledge of MS Office suite 
  • Strong knowledge of systems analysis, application support
  • Experience with IT security, system administration, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide user training and documentation
