Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage a high volume of active requisitions, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake meetings through to offer coordination
• You’ll navigate complex candidate workflows, ensuring all data is tracked and updated correctly
• You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across departments to meet varying recruitment needs
• You’ll maintain a consistent, positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, agency or in-house
• Strong experience managing high-volume requisitions in a structured environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Taleo is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
