Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support the configuration and ongoing optimization of marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot
- You’ll implement and maintain tracking infrastructure to ensure accurate campaign performance and ROI reporting
- You’ll proactively audit systems to stay ahead of privacy updates, platform changes, and digital trends
- You’ll collaborate with web and technical teams to enhance integrations, tracking, and conversion optimization
- You’ll manage webinar platforms and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver seamless virtual experiences
- You’ll identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and system performance
Skills and Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical marketing role
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot configuration and administration
- Proven expertise in integrations, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to industry changes such as privacy updates
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and system reliability
- Collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
