Your Responsibilities
• You’ll partner with project leadership to translate business and cyber security needs into clear, actionable requirements
• You’ll lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across business and technical stakeholders
• You’ll develop key analysis artifacts such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices
• You’ll support Agile delivery by refining backlogs, writing user stories, and contributing to sprint activities
• You’ll assess and manage requirement changes, including impact analysis and documentation for decision-making
• You’ll act as a liaison across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables
• You’ll contribute to testing, UAT, and transition-to-operations planning
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT and information security, including business analysis in complex environments
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements
• Strong experience producing structured analysis artifacts and supporting project documentation
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
