Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead integration design workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• You’ll design and develop integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• You’ll build and implement SOAP and REST web services to enable seamless system communication
• You’ll conduct testing across all stages, including unit, SIT, and UAT, ensuring high-quality delivery
• You’ll troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy integration components using TIBCO Administrator
• You’ll act as a key liaison between upstream and downstream systems, ensuring secure and reliable integrations
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5.x/BW6.x) and TIBCO EMS
• Strong experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST-based services
• Proven ability in data transformation, mapping, and integration patterns
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, Databricks, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, including Azure and Power Platform
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
