About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the apparel and outdoor retail industry, is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support high-impact brand initiatives across North America. This role plays a key part in delivering premium dealer experiences that bring the brand to life, while ensuring seamless coordination behind the scenes.
You will work closely with marketing leaders, territory managers, and cross-functional teams to execute engaging events and maintain strong relationships with specialty accounts. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the planning and execution of large-scale dealer events and regional activations across North America
• In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end logistics including travel, accommodations, catering, and RSVP coordination
• You’ll act as a key point of contact for event attendees, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
• You’ll coordinate product distribution, facility tours, and on-site programming during events
• You’ll assist with post-event reporting, communications, and insights sharing with internal teams
• You’ll manage shipping logistics, process orders, and support ongoing trade marketing operations
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in event coordination, trade marketing, or project support
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex logistics
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with order management systems such as SAP is an asset
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and manage competing priorities
