Notre client, un acteur reconnu du secteur de la gestion immobilière résidentielle, est à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire des opérations immobilières pour superviser un portefeuille d’immeubles multirésidentiels. Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans la prestation d’environnements sécuritaires, efficaces et bien entretenus, tout en assurant un service rapide et professionnel aux résidents.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction immobilière tout en encadrant une équipe de maintenance sur site et en coordonnant les fournisseurs externes. Vos responsabilités
• Vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes des immeubles et assurerez le bon fonctionnement des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et de sécurité
• Vous piloterez les programmes d’entretien préventif et gérerez les bons de travail dans Yardi ou un système similaire
• Vous coordonnerez les fournisseurs et entrepreneurs, de l’obtention des soumissions à la gestion de la performance et des coûts
• Vous interviendrez lors des urgences et interruptions de service afin d’assurer une résolution rapide et sécuritaire
• Vous veillerez au respect des normes de sécurité, des inspections et de la documentation opérationnelle
• Vous encadrerez et développerez une équipe sur site en établissant les priorités et les standards de service

Compétences et qualifications
• 5+ années d’expérience en exploitation d’immeubles multirésidentiels ou dans un domaine similaire
• Solide expertise pratique en CVAC, plomberie, électricité et systèmes de sécurité
• Expérience démontrée en gestion de fournisseurs et de programmes d’entretien
• Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et organisation
• Maîtrise de Yardi ou d’un GMAO similaire, avec connaissance des systèmes BAS/BMS
• Certifications pertinentes telles que SIMDUT et premiers soins, avec formations techniques considérées comme un atout

You will work closely with property management leadership while guiding an on-site maintenance team and coordinating external vendors. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems run reliably
• You’ll lead preventive maintenance programs and manage work orders using Yardi or similar systems
• You’ll coordinate vendors and contractors, from sourcing quotes to overseeing performance and cost control
• You’ll respond to service disruptions and emergencies, ensuring timely and safe resolution
• You’ll maintain compliance with safety standards, inspections, and operational documentation
• You’ll guide and develop a small on-site team, setting priorities and maintaining service standards

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in multi-residential or similar building operations
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life-safety equipment
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance programs
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar CMMS tools, and familiarity with BAS/BMS systems
• Relevant certifications such as WHMIS/SIMDUT and First Aid, with additional trade certifications considered an asset
