Our client, a well-established organization within the technology and business solutions space, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and elevate their Vancouver branch operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including service, IT, and marketing, while leading a dedicated sales team. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the branch sales function, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and strategic objectives
• In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts using CRM tools to track performance
• You’ll hire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• You’ll monitor weekly sales performance, providing guidance, feedback, and formal evaluations to drive results
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to launch new products and implement local and national sales initiatives
• You’ll oversee customer issue resolution, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction and service delivery

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management within technology, print, or related industries
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
