Your Responsibilities
- You’ll administer and optimize Microsoft Fabric environments, including tenants, capacities, and workspaces
- In this role, you’ll manage data governance frameworks, including RBAC, data security, and compliance policies
- You’ll oversee performance monitoring, capacity utilization, and platform health across analytics environments
- You’ll support end-to-end data workflows, including pipelines, lakehouses, and warehouses
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable and secure data product development
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data platform administration, data engineering, or analytics, supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, and modern cloud-based data platforms
Hands-on experience with data governance and security, including tools such as Microsoft Purview and identity management through Entra ID
- Proven ability to manage and optimize enterprise data platforms, including system integrations, migrations, and performance troubleshooting
- Experience supporting secure, scalable data solutions, with a strong understanding of RBAC, compliance standards, and data protection best practices
- Proficiency in DAX, T-SQL, or Python within enterprise data environments
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline design and deployment automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex platform-level issues
- Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Microsoft certifications in data, analytics, or cloud technologies are considered an asset
