Our client, a well-established organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a Team Lead, Data & Analytics to shape how data is leveraged across the business. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll define and execute a forward-looking data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals
• In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including data engineers, analysts, and BI specialists
• You’ll oversee the development of scalable data infrastructure, including pipelines and data warehouses
• You’ll drive advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and machine learning applications
• You’ll partner with business leaders to identify insights and translate data into actionable strategies
• You’ll establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python and/or R
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks and best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
