Our client, a leading organization within Canada’s financial services sector, is looking for a Skip Tracing Manager to join their growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting recovery and collections efforts by leading a team focused on locating hard-to-reach individuals and associated assets, directly impacting business performance and customer outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the day-to-day skip tracing function, ensuring consistent execution and strong recovery outcomes
• You’ll manage team performance by setting expectations, monitoring KPIs, and driving productivity and quality
• You’ll analyze performance trends and implement strategies to improve contact success and recovery rates
• You’ll coach and develop a team, providing ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
• You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align strategies and optimize results
• You’ll ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards, supporting audits and reporting as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in skip tracing, collections, or asset recovery
• 1+ years of experience leading or supervising a team
• Proven ability to manage performance metrics and achieve operational targets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative techniques is an asset
• Working knowledge of consumer protection, privacy, and collections regulations
