About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization in the enterprise technology space, is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to play a critical role in advancing quality across complex systems. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design and build automated test frameworks and scripts for enterprise and web-based applications
• You’ll execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate requirements
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios and coverage gaps
• You’ll perform manual and exploratory testing where automation is not feasible
• You’ll validate backend logic, data integrity, and system integrations
• You’ll support UAT, release readiness, and post-deployment validation activities
• You’ll contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, with automation exposure
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development environments
• Experience testing APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
