Your Responsibilities

• You’ll design and implement enterprise-grade automation using Ansible across Windows and Linux systems
• You’ll build reusable playbooks, roles, and frameworks to standardize infrastructure operations
• In this role, you’ll automate patching, provisioning, and compliance processes to reduce manual intervention
• You’ll integrate monitoring and ITSM tools to enable event-driven and self-healing automation workflows
• You’ll lead automation initiatives, mentor team members, and promote best practices across teams
• You’ll support system administration activities including troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Ansible automation in production environments
• 7+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022
• 7+ years of scripting experience using PowerShell and Bash or shell scripting
• Strong experience with enterprise Linux distributions such as RHEL or Ubuntu
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking fundamentals
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams
