Data Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON. (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Type: 6 month contract (high chance of extension)

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead detailed data mapping activities across source systems, data platforms, and target environments
• In this role, you’ll document transformation logic, data lineage, and business rules with clarity and precision
• You’ll analyze and profile datasets to identify quality issues, relationships, and potential risks
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data requirements
• You’ll support validation, reconciliation, and reporting efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data mapping, data modeling, or data migration projects
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data profiling techniques
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar data visualization and analysis tools
• Solid understanding of relational databases, structured data, and integration patterns
• Previous OPS experience is considered a strong asset
