You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, business operations, and external partners to deliver high-impact programs, particularly within large-scale sporting and community events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is passionate about building relationships while executing high-visibility activations.

What’s In It for You

You’ll join a collaborative and people-first environment where community impact and connection are at the core of the work. You’ll gain visibility across senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work, all within a culture that supports growth, flexibility, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll liaise with sponsorship and community partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to support initiatives that build brand awareness and strengthen relationships
  • In this role, you’ll align sponsorships and events with social purpose strategy, business plans, and corporate priorities, identifying opportunities to support broader objectives
  • You’ll proactively manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are executed accurately and on schedule
  • You’ll develop and execute integrated sponsorship marketing and activation plans, including promotional materials, event coordination, and on-site activation support
  • You’ll support the implementation of internal and external initiatives tied to community investment and external partnerships
  • You’ll maximize sponsorship investments by leveraging engagement opportunities, supporting budget tracking, and ensuring all contractual assets are fulfilled
  • You’ll represent the organization at events, acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and community partners

    Skills and Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within sponsorships, events, or partnerships
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required
  • Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism or a related discipline
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, or large-scale events
  • Strong understanding of partnership engagement, community investment and reputation management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions, including internal executives, vendors and external partners
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience working across multiple marketing channels is an asset
  • Experience in a consumer marketing or agency environment, or exposure to sports marketing or sports gaming environments is considered a strong asset
