Job Description

Location: Remote across Canada

Job Type: 10 month contract, 7.25 hours a day

Language: Strong written and verbal communication in English required, bilingual French is an asset

As a UX Designer, you’ll help shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences that balance user needs with business and technical goals.

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team including designers, researchers, and stakeholders, contributing to meaningful projects across a complex digital ecosystem. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll translate complex problems into intuitive, accessible design solutions aligned with user and business needs
  • In this role, you’ll support end-to-end design phases including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and testing
  • You’ll facilitate discovery sessions and content mapping workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • You’ll collaborate closely with UX researchers to validate concepts and refine designs based on user feedback
  • You’ll contribute to design standards and ensure consistency across digital products and platforms

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in UX design within digital product environments
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles
  • Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication skills with a user-first mindset
