Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll greet visitors and create a welcoming, professional first impression at the front desk

  • You’ll support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
  • You’ll maintain an organized reception area and assist with ad hoc requests as needed

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
