Location: Ottawa, Ontario, On-site, 4 to 5 days per week/30 to 37.50 hours per week Language: Bilingual, strong written and spoken communication in French and English is required
Duration: Fixed-term contract with strong possibility of extension

Your Responsibilities
- Act as first internal point of contact for standard requests from staff related to day-to-day office operations, administrative support tasks, and IT-related needs (in both English and French)
- You’ll demonstrate strong judgment and prioritization, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace environment and timely resolution of standard requests and escalation of non-standard inquiries
- You’ll liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers to support operational needs
- You’ll provide administrative support to leadership and assist with meetings, events, and logistics
- You’ll support IT coordination by triaging requests and working with external service providers to resolve issues
- You’ll maintain inventory for office supplies, IT assets, supporting procurement and tracking
- You’ll contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes with respect to equipment and system access
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or corporate services
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Strong technical aptitude with experience providing basic IT support or working in a tech-enabled environment
- Highly organized, collaborative, able to prioritize competing tasks, with strong attention to detail and an outcome-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and standard office tools
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred, equivalent relevant experience will be considered
