In this role, you’ll answer incoming calls and route them efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.
You’ll respond to general inquiries, providing accurate information about programs and services.

1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
A professional, dependable, and punctual work style.
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
