Location: Scarborough, Ontario (On-site)

Duration: 3 month contract with potential for extension.
Background Check Requirement: Vulnerable sector check required, Tuberculosis testing.
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage office supply purchasing, inventory, and distribution to ensure all departments are well-equipped
- You’ll support front office operations by handling inquiries, maintaining communications, and coordinating mail and announcements
- You’ll assist with onboarding logistics, including preparing ID badges, taking photos, and setting up email access
- You’ll provide administrative support to leadership, including assisting the Executive Assistant and nursing team with documentation and file management
- You’ll maintain accurate records, including tenant lists, resident files, and archived documents
- You’ll act as a point of contact for office equipment and coordinate basic troubleshooting or setup needs
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preferably in a Health Care environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment
