About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll connect with candidates across Canada, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding journey from first conversation to job offer. You’ll play a critical part in creating a positive candidate experience while helping to build strong, talented teams for our organization.
Key Details
Contract Length: May 1st - December 2026, with strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Location: Remote (must reside within 90 minutes of an Accenture office)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST or 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST
Compensation: CAD $22/hour (fixed rate)
Equipment & Training: Company-provided laptop and onboarding support
Overtime: Possible during peak hiring seasons
What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume outreach to potential candidates by phone, email, and text
Screen applicants to assess skills, interest, and job fit
Support candidates through each stage of the onboarding process
Extend offers and finalize hires in Workday
Answer candidate questions with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
Track all communications and progress in internal systems
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (high-volume preferred)
Education: University degree in HR or related field an asset, but not required
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) and basic Excel for reporting
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking ability, effective communicator, and a knack for building positive relationships
