Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll oversee the day-to-day operational needs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • In this role, you’ll coordinate maintenance requests, follow up with vendors, and track work orders from start to finish.
  • You’ll communicate regularly with tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • You’ll manage multiple priorities at once, keeping documentation, records, and systems up to date.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in property administration or property management support roles.
  • Hands-on experience using Buildium or Yardi property management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a professional, reliable, and organized work style.
