Our public sector client is undertaking a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative aimed at transforming core business processes, data practices, and supporting technology platforms. They are seeking experienced Business Modernization Program Managers to lead critical program streams across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations & Engineering.
In this role, you will work at the center of a multi-year transformation initiative, partnering with executive leadership, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure modernization efforts deliver measurable value. This position requires someone who can balance strong program governance with strategic thinking and stakeholder leadership in a complex, matrixed environment.

You’ll lead planning and execution of enterprise modernization initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations & Engineering business streams.
In this role, you’ll establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, risk management practices, and decision-making structures.
You’ll partner with senior leaders, technology teams, and system integrators to coordinate modernization activities across business units.
You’ll prepare executive-level materials and reporting to support steering committee discussions and program decision-making.
You’ll track program metrics, dependencies, risks, and value realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale programs in matrixed organizations, experiences with enterprise modernization initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations & Engineering business streams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise change management
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology teams, business units, and vendor partners
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive executive decisions
