Job Description

Location: 3 days on site, 2 days remote - Ottawa, ON
Language: Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken)

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll upload, format, and publish web pages using WordPress to ensure engaging content.
  • In this role, you’ll edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency, contributing to a polished final product.
  • You’ll add images, links, and basic formatting to improve readability and user experience.
  • You’ll ensure that all content aligns with basic SEO and formatting guidelines to enhance discoverability.
  • You’ll work with team members to prepare content for publishing and review published pages for formatting issues or broken links.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience (0-1 years) with familiarity in WordPress
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow formatting guidelines
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both official languages
  • Comfortable working with web-based tools and applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
