About the Opportunity

Our client in the public sector is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise AI enablement initiatives focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how a large organization adopts and governs emerging AI technologies while balancing innovation, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Working closely with business leaders, security teams, developers, and end users, you will play a key role in driving successful enterprise rollouts, coordinating governance activities, and ensuring users are equipped to maximize the value of AI-powered tools. Your work will directly influence adoption, operational readiness, and long-term success across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, and GitHub Copilot rollout initiatives, including onboarding, licensing, training, communications, and adoption tracking.
• You'll coordinate enterprise readiness activities, technical prerequisites, and user enablement plans for successful deployment.
• You'll oversee Copilot Studio agent delivery, including environment management, release planning, governance controls, and prototype validation.
• You'll drive security, privacy, compliance, and risk assessment activities, including coordination of required governance approvals and documentation.
• You'll provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation strategies.
• You'll facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technology, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology rollouts or digital enablement initiatives within large organizations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, GitHub Copilot, and ideally Copilot Studio implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform governance, identity management, security, and compliance controls.
• Experience coordinating security, privacy, risk, and compliance assessments in enterprise cloud environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience within public-sector or highly regulated environments is considered a strong asset.
