Our client, a leading multi-location retail organization, is seeking a Bilingual Learning and Development Professional to support the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences that support store operations across Canada. Based in Calgary, AB or Oakville, ON and working primarily on-site, this role plays a key part in strengthening capability, consistency, and performance across teams.
You will own your learning portfolio from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation. Partnering closely with store leaders and subject matter experts, you will translate operational realities into practical, engaging training, delivered confidently in both English and French.
